Friendly, efficient staff - very thorough- would highly recommend

My experiences are always positive. I think its the BEST run office anywhere. Competen, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Addressed all my concerns with patience. I had a scratched cornea. I had my cateract removed & yesterday a scary possible burn to my eyes. Dr Bayn squeezed me in. I am so thankful for everyone.

Everyone at Updegraff Laser Vision in St Petersburg is professional, courteous, and attentive. My last visit was swift and pleasant. Sometimes it is very crowded yet the staff has a system that moves the scheduling accordingly.

I had an excellent experience at this office. They got me in on short notice, I didnt have to wait long once there and everyone was pleasant and professional. I would definitely come to this location again
