Dr. Daniel Behn attended his undergraduate program at both Iowa State University and Nova Southeastern University, and received his bachelor’s degree in vision science.
He then went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in 1998. Dr. Behn completed his training at the Bay Pines Veterans Administrative Medical Center and is a member of the American and Pinellas County Optometric Association. Dr. Behn was also a Tampa Bay Devil Rays Team Optometric Physician in 2000.
Dr. Behn has diverse training and clinical experience in pediatric disorders, geriatric service at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, co-management with refractive and cataract patients, and honored status as a specialty contact lens dispenser and dry eye specialist.
He currently lives in Seminole with his wife, Andrea, and five children.
